Wild Az Catering brings a touch of flair to any event and with a fully equipped food truck can cater to your event no matter where you are holding it.
With 16 years of catering experience including Army training, Sam is certainly used to catering anywhere!
He has owned his own food truck for the past seven years and specialises in catering for weddings and private functions as well as making an appearance at events and festivals.
The Wild Az food truck is based in Dunedin, where Sam was born and bred, but travels from Bluff to Blenheim and even makes the occasional foray to the North Island.
